Entertainer, Comedian, TV Writer and Author (who also works in Church Ministry) looking for work-from-home Assistant.

Seeking part-time personal assistant whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to: checking email, paying invoices, managing calendar, booking travel, maintaining financial records, sending out contracts and following up with prospective clients. Must be highly detail oriented, able to work with little supervision within a set morning schedule; able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and vendors; must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. A working knowledge of Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive and Google Streak as well as social media outlets is a plus! Must also must be comfortable doing research online and comfortable on the phone.

Looking for someone with assistant or office managerial experience only. Must have own laptop and ability to meet once a week in West LA, work at least 3 hours a day; someone fun and organized who might enjoy learning about the world of entertainment behind the scenes!

Female preferred. Any creative skills a plus.
