mommy & me Mommy & Me is a Christian-based, early childhood class geared toward mothers and young children. In this program, you will have the opportunity to participate in the parent discussion time facilitated by our Master Teacher. Your child will have the opportunity to play with children the same age, participate in circle time and explore art materials. Mommy & meets in three 10-week sessions throughout the school year. Classes are held on Thursdays and Fridays from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The Preschool Office will publish a Mommy & Me calendar yearly. Children 18-months to 2-years-old by September will meet on Thursday mornings, and children between the ages of 2 and 3 will meet on Friday mornings. Enrollment is for the entire school year. Once enrolled, you are welcome to attend and pay for all three sessions. Children will only be enrolled mid-school year if there is available space, and will be committed to the space for the remainder of the year. how do i pay? Payments can be mailed to Bel Air Presbyterian Preschool at 16100 Mulholland Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90049, or may be dropped off at the Preschool Office. Payment is due by the published dates each year to ensure that your spot is reserved for you and your child, and not filled by a family on the waiting list. Payment flexibility and partial scholarships are available. Please inquire at the Preschool Office. who can attend classes with my child? All children between the ages of 18-months and 3-years-old are welcome to attend Mommy & Me with a parent or custodial adult. Please, only one adult per child, and please do not bring any other relatives, friends, nannies or babysitters. Consult with the Master Teacher prior to bringing any special guests named above. withdraw and refund procedure Enrollment is for the entire year, which is three sessions or the current balance of a session. Due to the importance of scheduling, your space in Mommy & Me will be reserved for you. In order to accommodate for certain unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary for you to withdrawal from Mommy & Me entirely. If this should occur, we ask that you notify us in writing 30 days prior to the start of the next session. No tuition credit is given for any day that a child is absent due to illness or vacation. Tuition and application fees are non-refundable. For specific circumstances, please inquire with the Preschool Director. how do i enroll? 1. Complete the application for enrollment and return to the Preschool Office with the $25 non-refundable application fee by April 1. Please note that partially completed applications will be returned and will delay the placement of your child. 2. Once your application and fee is received, we will begin the process of admission and notify you of your class placement no later than June 1. Space in Mommy & Me is very limited and thus is not guaranteed. Timely receipt of your application is requested. 3. If the class is filled we will notify you and you will be placed on the waiting list. Placement in Mommy & Me does not guarantee space at Bel Air Presbyterian Preschool. Participating Mommy & Me parents are still responsible to take a tour of the Preschool facility and submit an application by February 15 of the year for which you are applying to the Preschool.
