Student Ministries Director

Reporting to the Senior Director of Family Ministries, the Director of Student Ministries will lead the ongoing development of vision and strategic planning for student ministries and will recruit, train and nurture a growing base of volunteer leaders. They will serve as the primary teacher, leader and vision caster for student ministries and will oversee a team of paid and volunteer staff. Together they will develop and grow an environment where students can grow into a deeper understanding of what it means to follow Jesus every day and everywhere with everyone. This is a full-time position.

Family Ministries Coordinator

The Family Ministries Coordinator will work under direct supervision of the Senior Director of Family Ministries and will be responsible for providing support to the Sr. Director, with a focus on coordinating programming, events, retreats, and camps for Family, Student, and Kids’ Ministries. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced, and highly-relational ministry environment. The Family Ministries Coordinator will be highly involved with the planning and execution of the annual Bel Air Family Camp and is also responsible for assisting the Senior Director in the execution of their duties, including assisting with telephone, meeting scheduling, email correspondence, itinerary and other areas of communication/organization. This is a full-time position.

Custodian

Bel Air Church is seeking an experienced part-time Custodian to help create and support a clean, safe, and hospitable campus for all staff, congregants, preschool families, and visitors. Two to five years of experience, and night and weekend availability are required. This is a part-time position.

Global Outreach Coordinator

The Coordinator of Global Outreach will support the Pastor of Outreach to coordinate Global Missions: team leaders and members, team budgets and travel logistics, leader trainings, church wide communications and awareness-building, strategic development, and more. This is a full-time position.

Barista

The Barista and Kitchen Assistant is eager to dive into a variety of tasks, from making drinks in the cafe to working in the kitchen to prepare food, to operating the cash register. The Barista and Kitchen Assistant must be able to continually learn about coffee, food, and hospitality. This is a part-time position.

Preschool - Resource Teacher: 2018-2019 School Year

Under the direction of the Director supports all teaching staff and school-wide operations. Must hold an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 ECE units. Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is required. This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week for next school year.

Preschool - Office Coordinator: 2018-2019 School Year

The Office Coordinator will handle matters of tuition processing, tuition assistance, accounts payable when applicable, and assisting in long-term financial planning for the preschool along with the Preschool Director. This person must be flexible, able to think independently, take direction from others, be accurate with a keen attention to detail, on time, demonstrate a team mentality, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. The Office Coordinator must meet the following minimum requirements: Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a school office setting. In addition, excellent skills with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new software and processes. This is a full-time position, 40 hours/week for next school year.
