Host :: Hosts facilitate Small Groups. They:
H – Have a heart for Jesus and for people.
O – Open their home, office, computer, or local coffee shop for their group.
S – Structure their group around the Five Purposes.
T – Talk regularly with their Coach and the Small Group staff.

At the end on this orientation, you will be prompted to RSVP for an in-person orientation, and indicate which Sunday you would like to help out with Small Group sign ups. Coach :: Coaches equip and support specific Hosts. They: C – Connect Hosts to BAPC and the church in Los Angeles.
O – Orient Hosts for the Lent season.
A – Ask Hosts for prayer requests, and pray for them.
C – Communicate group needs, encouragement, and prayer to the Small Group staff twice a month through the Coach update form.
H – Help Hosts find other resources as necessary.

Use your gifts :: We have ongoing needs for data entry (primarily 1 month before each Small Group season), prayer (primarily during the Lent season), and writing (level of need varies throughout the year).
