Director of Outreach

Lead and execute all areas of outreach both locally and globally to include strategic initiatives, staff, operations, related ministries, and immediate and affiliate networks. Specifically, lead the initiative that helps select and define the parameters of both global and local partnerships, and determine the critical outreach trips that align with and strengthen the mission of those strategic partnerships. Coordinate, develop and direct all aspects of leadership in strategy, execution, ministry growth, vision, and volunteer network in conjunction with the mission, vision, values of Bel Air. Collaborate and initiate innovative strategies with immediate team and with other departments in order to expand and maximize network potential. Build structure that promotes culture of innovation and execution with high emphasis on team in a fast paced environment.

Preschool, Infant and Toddler Teaching Positions

Bel Air Presbyterian Preschool, an NAEYC Accredited and faith-based program, is seeking Preschool, Infant and Toddler Teachers for full time positions. Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field required. All candidates must already have 12 core ECE classes and classroom experience. Three units of Infant and Toddler development are required for infant and toddler roles.

Café Manager

The Café Manager is responsible for leading all Café staff members in the efficient, friendly and, ideally, profitable operation of the Café. He/she is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards and conditions, and fostering a positive environment, which provides consistent efficient, and friendly service ensuring a total quality experience for our members, visitors and staff. The Café Manager creates the tone and personality of the Café and church by being an advocate of training, customer service, product knowledge and education, encouraging safe work practices, and a demonstrated commitment to the church's guiding principles and Café standards.

Café Barista

The Bel Air Café is looking for a part-time barista. Sundays are a must, with hours available during the weekday and Tuesday nights. Applicants can expect 8-20 hours to start, depending on availability. Hours may increase where needed. Some experience in the food service industry or as a barista is a plus, but training will be provided.

A barista's primary responsibilities include preparing various types of coffee and blended drinks on demand and according to customer specifications, as well as handling cash and credit transactions on the register. A barista will also serve food items, including baked goods, soups, salads, and sandwiches, and will be required to adhere to proper food and beverage sanitary standards. Additional duties include cleaning and arranging the store environment. Providing excellent customer service is among the top priorities of a barista's overall responsibilities. The barista fulfills any other duties the cafe manager assigns and represents Bel Air Presbyterian Church and Cafe in a welcoming and professional manner.
